I just LOVE talking about the Akashic Records.
How they changed my life in nothing flat: 19.5 months from first contact to pulling me out of a career (the guaranteed-job-for-life kind of career, where I had won many awards and lots of accolades) that I was pretty jazzed about most of the time.
How they can fix broken hearts, of the romantic or family kind. For good.
How they can answer virtually every question of the who, what, where, when, or why varieties. Who is the best mentor to work with; what are the best next steps to grow my business; where is it best for me to look for speaking engagements; when is the ideal moment to launch my next product or program; why do I always _____ (fill in the blank with your biggest stumbling block).
How they can move both seasoned and emerging entrepreneurs from stumped to pumped in less than an hour.
How they are an accelerant or catalyst for business transformation and growth. As such, they can be used as a kick-start for any kind of coaching program: instead of taking months of work to get clear on goals and purpose, one hour in your Records can get all those answers and more.
But today I want to talk about Akashic Records and leadership.
You see, I have recently begun to see how leaders emerge from the Records. What got me started on this train of thought was a recent client in Germany, one of whose questions was “What movement am I called to lead?” (You can bet I’ll be adding that one to my list of suggested questions!)
To be a leader, you need to have Clarity. Check: that’s the Records’ stock in trade.
Leaders need Vision. No problem—to avoid getting that you’d have to be willfully asking small questions.
Leaders also need a movement. Check this box, too, especially if you go in more frequently.
If you’ll be leading a movement, you’ll also need lots of faith, trust, and courage. Those are abundantly available from the Universe if you go looking, but somehow seem stronger or more solid when coming from the Records.
It hadn’t struck me before, but all along I’ve been watching clients go into their Records as a coach or entrepreneur, and emerge the Leader of a movement.
Yes, I’ve had a few step out of the consultation with a tsunami-style movement laid out in front of them, all excited to get going, and then fall prey to fear. But almost universally, my clients were born to step into leadership in this lifetime, and the Records just help them to get started faster and sustain their momentum over time.
Do I think these brilliant, courageous entrepreneurs became leaders when they hit their Records? No. They already were leaders, they just needed their Records to tell them or to confirm it.
If you know anything about me, you know that I’m a big believer in the idea of Perfect Universal Time: these people came to me to uncover (or dis-cover) their movement and their leadership chops.
They were always meant to step into their powerful roles, they just didn’t know it.
